Jay Cloud10Cabins ________________________________________ The space Upon entry, you are met with a one of a kind, masterpiece glass window wall, with a with a robust rock fireplace and hefty mantle. Corner windows in each room make for amazing views of the mountains and the forests. the main Level contains 2 Master suites each with Jetted bath tubs and walk in showers, and comfy king sized beds and High end decor. The back deck (on main level, wheelchair accessible) is Huge and perfect for grilling, chilling or sitting in the hot tub and watching the 75 inch smart Samsung tv. Upstairs is an oversized Loft Bedroom/gameroom with a pool table, a full sized terminator arcade, barrel arcade board boardgames. The loft has additional sleeping (Queen over Queen Log bunk). The front Yard boasts a 9 hole custom minigolf course with trick shots, jumps and underground tunnels that magically transport your ball to other platforms (nowadays everyone has a minigolf course...not like this!) _______________________________ FAQ: Riverrock Mountain Lodge is Located in the gated community of Brothers cover. Our specific location within the community make our cabin exceptionally easy to find (Our cabin occupies lot 1…literally, the first upon entering the community) and exceptionally private (no visible neighbors). The cabin comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 8 guests total (2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bunk) Roads and getting Here: Roads are good for the standard of the area, but there are some curves and corners but not steep. 4-wheel drive is not required, but not a bad idea. Ice and Snow are not *generally* an issue at our elevation. Accessibility: Main Level and deck can be navigated without ascending stairs and are wheelchair accessible. There is one single step from the driveway into the cabin. Gameroom, Mini Golf and Outdoor firepit not Wheelchair accessible. Check-in & Check Out: Fully automated process. Check-in Begins at 4:00 pm. Early check in may be available, but not guaranteed. Check-out is 10:00am. We do not offer late check out. Misc FAQ: •Grill uses propane (not provided). •Firewood is not provided •Fire places indoor and outdoor are operational Oct. 1 - March 31 • Bear spray recommended (not provided) • Cabin is located in Brothers Cove subdivison, which is a gated community. •Cabin is 1760 sft, 2 BR plus loft with 2.5. baths, 2 master suites each with soaking tub • Not recommended for more than 6 adults Access includes full cabin, the grounds and all areas except garage. Internet Faq: We are proud to offer high speed wifi, that said, this is a remote location and the internet is probably not going to set any speed records...but it is adequate for basic browsing, emails, youtube. It also allows for streaming, but I recommend reducing the resolution. I also provide Dish Network and over 200 channels available in the living room and bedroom, and outdoor deck (game room tv in the loft is not connected to the dish). All Televisions are smart TV and allow for streaming services. please remember to log out after your stay. Propane Fire Place • Propane provided for fire places Oct 1- March 31. Bear spray •Recommended, but not included with rental Brothers Cove Community Info: Brothers Cove offers a pavilion, walking trails, and a shared swimming pool (open mid may-mid sept depending on weather). The pool is located at the Top of the resort and has a FANTASTIC uninterrupted view. Surveillance: For your protection and privacy I provide motion activated surveillance of only for the parking lot and adjacent Mini Golf course (all located in the front yard). There is no surveillance indoors, nor on any of the private decks including the hot tub.
